yes, because as you grow older and we learn more we find out that some things we knew aren't true (e.g santa) so our reality changes as we find out more, and understand that somethings are real and some fake
Yes, because what we experience throughout our lives will impact who we are as people and how we live our lives, therefore as we change, so does our reality.
Our reality can be shaped as we grow up due to more life experience as well as more knowledge in general about everything around us. People who may be mentally unstable will see their reality differently due to how they have formed as well as how there memory has forme due to their illness
