Are dreams and fantasies 'real'? When do they become delusions, and therefore not 'real'?

  6. This morning I dreamed that I was running so late for work that I didn't come in, but took the day off. When the alarm clock woke me up at 5.45 I was really disappointed. How could I so strongly feel disappointed at something that didn't actually happen?

    1. Because you desired a day off work. Hence why your dreams aren't real and just visions of desires.

      Mostly, unless its a nightmare of course. But I believe all dreams have a meaning in your life
